I love butter! It makes some interesting points and seems to back it up with research…but I’m not digging too deep cause I love butter! Hahahaha

I love butter too… but this article seems designed to test our “bullshit detectors”.
Actually, there’s been a lot of backtracking over the years in the medical community when it comes to dietary cholesterol, and Nick isn’t saying you should eat pounds of butter. And it’s a simple fact that France, Germany, Italy, and Japan don’t even consider cholesterol worth testing for, unless the patient has at least 3 other risk factors first. What’s killing us is stress. Not dietary cholesterol.
