I’m going to visit family in the Phoenix area, but I’ll have some quick exercise specific posts for everyone while I’m gone! Have a happy Thanksgiving, everyone.
When reading my posts, you will notice some words highlighted (bold or italics) or even underlined. Sometimes I’m just trying to emphasize a point, but often, you can click these parts and be taken to an external link that offers more information about that word/phrase/topic, if you’re interested in getting an even deeper understanding.
As well as following my blog, it would be great if you can remember to like and rate my posts. It seems that it can help with page rankings and things of that nature on Google, Bing, Yahoo, and whatever other search engines there are out there.
